From CAD file to finished shell

Simply provide your own floorplan designs in CAD file format, with full elevations, to obtain a quote.

A fixed, four-step sequence

Every Design-Build project — from a granny ADU to a seven-bedroom villa — follows the same process.

STEP 1

Submit drawings

Provide your CAD floorplan with full elevations to our engineering team.

STEP 2

Engineering & quote

Our team engineers the panel layout to your design and returns a quote.

STEP 3

Fabrication

Panels — steel frame, fiber cement boards, and foam cement core — are fabricated to your exact specification.

STEP 4

Rapid assembly

Panels are delivered and assembled on your foundation via the male/female interlocking system.

Built to your architectural intent

The panel system enables innovative architectural design, addressing both function and aesthetics. Building designs can go up to three stories high with no additional steel support structure, and are ideal for new neighborhoods or infill lots.

Design-Build projects have ranged from a four-bedroom, three-bath two story villa to a seven-bedroom, seven-bath Florida villa — all engineered from client-supplied CAD drawings.

What's in a kit

  • 01

    Exterior & interior walls

    Electrical and water pipes inserted into walls.

  • 02

    Doors & aluminum alloy windows

    Asphalt shingle roof panel, double PVC and gypsum board ceiling.

  • 03

    Finishes

    Ceramic tile for bedroom and living room, anti-slip tile for bathrooms, wainscoting, emulsion paint — interior and exterior.

  • 04

    Optional add-ons

    Flooring, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and off-grid water systems provided upon request.
